Workers shut down Ibadan Polytechnic over minimum wage
Accordind to Daily Post, The worker who includes both the academic and non-academic staff of the institution declared an indefinite strike on Monday.
However, DAILY POST reported that a motion for strike action was moved and seconded during a congress by the unions.
It was emphasized that the strike was total and comprehensive, and no worker is exempted as essential services, till the government accedes to the demands.
Acccording to all what we heard all the gates in the institution were shut down.
